  1. Organization and competition period

1.1 Puzzle in a bag, Vlasgaardstra at 52 , 9000 Ghent is the organizer of the competition.

1.2 The competition runs from 15/07/2021 10:00 AM to 30/07/2021 11:59 PM.

  1. Conditions for participation

2.1. You can participate in the competition without any obligation to purchase.

2.2 Only natural persons residing in Belgium can participate. Persons who participate in the organization of this competition cannot participate.

2.3 Only one participation is possible per person. In case of multiple participations, only the results of the first participation apply. The organizers may at any time ask participants to prove their identity.

2.4 You can only participate by subscribing to the Puzzle in a bag newsletter.

2.5 After the competition period, the prize will be raffled according to the following schedule: the 100th registration for the newsletter wins the prize.

  1. Price

3.1. The full prize pool consists of:

1 puzzle package from Puzzle in a bag (A Qualico puzzle mat, the 2020 puzzle & the 'tangible' internet puzzle)

3.2. The prize won cannot be exchanged or converted into cash.

3.3. The organisers, third parties involved in the competition, their appointees, agents or employees are not liable for incidents arising from the acceptance and use of the prize by the winner. The aforementioned persons cannot be held responsible or liable for any defect in the prize or if the prize does not meet the expectations created.

3.4. The organizers will notify the winner by email : If the winner does not respond within 1 week of notification, his right to the prize will be definitively forfeited. The prize is then available again to the organizers.

3.5. The organizers, the third parties involved in the competition, their appointees, agents or employees are not responsible for any defects by the postal and/or courier companies (delay, damage, strike, loss) when sending the prize to a winner.

  1. Intellectual rights

The winners give permission, free of charge, to use their names, including making them public through any means and media, for any advertising purposes relating to this competition. This use will be limited to a period of one year after the end of this competition. The winners waive all possible rights that a law or any other mandatory provision grants them in this regard. In some cases, the organizers take a number of photos when presenting the prize. In those cases, the foregoing also applies to these photos.

  1. Sanctions for misuse or infringements

In the event of abuse, deception, deception (e.g. participating with invalid or falsified personal data) or violation of these regulations, the organizers have the right to exclude the participant concerned. Any complaint relating to the competition must be sent to the following email address within 7 working days of the event: info@puzzleinabag.com The organizers will only deal with complaints submitted by email to the aforementioned address and within that period are. The organizers will assess the complaint and make a final decision.

The organizers use the data collected through this competition to check whether you meet the conditions of participation and to deliver the prize if you win.   1. Acceptance of regulations

By participating in the competition, participants unconditionally agree to these regulations and to the decisions taken by the organizers in connection with the competition.

  1. Change or cancellation of the competition

9.1. The organizers may change the duration of the competition, change the content of the competition or stop the competition completely if organizational or exceptional circumstances justify this.
If there are any changes, the organizers will incorporate them into adjusted competition regulations. The organizers will announce this through the used and appropriate channels.

9.2. Neither the organizers nor any third parties involved in the competition, nor their appointees, agents or employees, are liable for the termination or modification of the competition. This limitation does not apply to damage that is a direct result of intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizers, the third parties involved or one of their appointees, agents or employees.

  1. Liability

The organizers, the third parties involved in the competition, their appointees, agents or employees, cannot under any circumstances and on any legal basis be held liable by a participant for any disadvantage or damage of any kind suffered. This also applies to technical interruptions or defects, to delays in internet traffic or loss or damage to transmitted data, or to exclusions from the competition. This limitation does not apply to damage that is a direct result of intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizers, the third parties involved or one of their appointees, agents or employees.

  1. Communication

The organizers are not obliged to communicate about the competition in any other way than stated in these competition regulations.

  1. Miscellaneous provisions

12.1 The participant expressly waives any right to challenge the validity or evidentiary value of information and/or messages sent by e-mail simply because they were sent by e-mail. This is separate from the participant's right to provide evidence to the contrary.

12.2 If the court declares a provision of these regulations invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions. If necessary, a valid, substantively comparable replacement provision will be provided.

12.3 Belgian law applies to this competition. In the event of a dispute, the Belgian courts have jurisdiction.
