Raymond De Veger, owner of the famous De Veger brush factory, sets off for distant Vulkania, where the great volcano has erupted. He goes there to sweep up all the dust and takes 2,000 brushes with him. During another eruption, he is buried under the dust and is never found again.
His little daughter Billie is left behind all alone with a huge brush factory and lots of brushes. How does a little girl run such a big brush factory? All by herself? No! She gets help from some special friends: Mr. Musician and Ms. Designer of Brushes and Other Cleaning Supplies, and… monsters, lots of monsters!
