For our puzzles, we work closely with a selection of local designers, each with a unique style and story. Their creativity and passion bring our puzzles to life and make each design special. Lars Dombrecht

Lives in Aalter. At 26 years old, he is a young talent and a real jumper. The 2020 puzzle was his first major design project.

Laurent Beuten

Lauren Beuten is a talented designer with an eye for detail and a passion for creating enchanting designs. His unique style and artistic vision make his work recognizable and special. Mikélé and Michele

After more than 14 years of experience as a freelance graphic designer, Mikélé considers himself a Swiss army knife. With his no-nonsense approach and diverse styles, it was a no-brainer for us to ask Mikélé to design our 2023 puzzle. Together with Michèle, he made it a real gem.

Mr. Heirman

Mr. Heirman is a creative jack-of-all-trades with a distinctive and recognizable style. His work exudes originality and brings a touch of playfulness to every design. For Puzzle in a Bag, he has designed an exclusive puzzle that bears his unique signature. Be surprised by Mr. Heirman's creative world and discover how his designs take your puzzle experience to the next level!

Musketon

Born in 1989 in Limburg as Bert Dries. Ended up in Ghent because he started living together. Still loves Limburg though. His Angrybear sweatshirt has been seen around the bodies of Sam De Bruyn, Tiany Kiriloff and Tom Boonen.

Project Studio

Students Lise, Cloé, Annelien and Lotte from Project Studio (Arteveldehogeschool) were asked to create an illustration for Puzzle in a Bag. They chose the theme "fears. The result? This challenging puzzle with a collection of the craziest fears that exist.

Simon Bruneel

Simon Bruneel, stage name for Rikkert Bedwans, is a good old-fashioned draughtsman. He doesn't understand a thing about vectors, but put pencils, brushes and broken pens in his hand and he fills sheets, puzzles and cafe walls with them. And there's a good chance you'll run into his cartoon son Dikke Dirk de Bloedworst.

Soren Selleslagh

Sören Selleslagh, born in Belgium, is an artist with a passion for color and composition, working with a wide range of styles. My work is a mix of old and new, a contemporary look with a touch of Renaissance art, it reflects my values in life, namely the beauty of nature, freedom and humanism. I want my illustrations to speak to the viewer and make them feel even a little of what I felt when I made them. I create work in a variety of media, including illustration, painting and printmaking.

Steve van Bael

Today Steve Van Bael is an established figure in the world of comics. He draws albums for the Kiekeboes and the popular Ketnet series Nachtwacht. For this comic puzzle, Steve Van Bael returns to his childhood and puts heroes from well-known Flemish comic series to his own hand for a relaxing adventure on Camping Comics.

Studio Chapo

Why friends of Simon Willems sometimes address him as "Chapo"? That has nothing to do with the former drug lord, but with a hat-wearing hipster phase he has since ended. Simon - Studio Chapo - is a master of Graphic Storytelling and we at PIAB can only agree!

Studio Stout Poop

Studio Stoutpoep is the alter ego of Domien Delforge. He is an artist, illustrator, graphic designer, model, Nobel Prize winner, billionaire and pathological liar. His work can be described as fantastic, disturbing and spicy.

Vizid

Ghent native David Audenaert -also known as Vizid- is a master illustrator. His passion for Horror Vacui could already be spotted in his own search board "Vizidopia" and his drawing skills have already been used for KAA Gent, Stad Gent and cultuurcentrum Lokeren.
